My character over at

, Fennel/TeaTime Chef. Yes. AGAIN. I know, you guys are probably tired of her by now, but I really do like her. :3
Fennel is the youngest daughter of one of Meltokio's wealthy families (There sure seem to be a lot of 'em). However, secretly she goes by the moniker of "Teatime Chef", a member of the Dark Chef Alliance!
Hands = awful, coloring = mediocre at best, background = "THAT'S your excuse for a background? D:<"
I do like the colors of the dress though. It was hard to choose. I almost made the arm pieces red, but decided to leave them white. And the fan looks halfway decent. Whoooo!
The bottom of the dress is just terrible, though. AWFUL. The rings on the end of the back bow are pretty bad, too.
So, I have mixed feelings on this. Not FAIL, but not WIN.

I gotta say, this is a really nice design!

...I'm not sure what else to say, but I concur with the above folk saying the fan is cute (I like how it looks like a tidal wave) and this turned out rather well, IMO holding well even after five years. c:
